How billing works

Who you buy from
AccountRio is provided by Axceera (Pvt) Ltd and sold through Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT and sends your receipts.
Free trial, no card
Every new business gets Pro free for 21 days. Nothing is charged when it ends: you move to the Free plan unless you buy one.
Seats
You pay for each seat. Members and pending invitations each use one. Pro has up to 10 seats; Business has as many as you need.
Renewal and cancelling
Plans renew automatically each month or year. Cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
14-day refunds
Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days, for any reason. Ask at paddle.net or email support@accountrio.app.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Yearly plans cost 10 months and are billed once a year.

Questions, answered

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Every new business gets the full Pro plan free for 21 days. When the trial ends you stay on the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade.

Which countries and currencies are supported?

Your business can be based in Sri Lanka, the United States or the European Union, with the matching VAT or sales tax rules, including EU reverse charge. You can invoice clients in more than 30 currencies, including GBP, AUD, CAD, SGD, INR, AED and JPY, with today’s exchange rate filled in for your reports. UK VAT is coming soon.

How is project profit worked out?

Each team member can have a private hourly cost. Profit is what you invoiced before tax, minus logged hours × cost rate, minus project expenses. Only Owners and Admins see cost rates.

Can my clients pay or accept online?

Each invoice and estimate has a private client view link. Clients can view, download the PDF and accept or decline estimates without creating an account.

Who handles billing and tax on my subscription?

Paddle is our merchant of record. It processes payments and charges the right sales tax or VAT for your country.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked: request it at paddle.net or email us. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.

Can I move from Wave?

Importing from Wave is coming soon. Today you can add clients and products in a few minutes and start invoicing straight away.
